	Jeanette Breen, CNM, is a NYS and NJ Licensed Midwife. Midwifery care includes the independent management of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period as well as primary health screeening and promotion of women from the perimenstrual through postmenopausal periods. My care is holistic with appropriate use of technology as well as alternatives to traditional health care.

	Maternity care by a licensed midwife is reimbursable by law in New York State. Gynecologic care is selectively reimbursable to some freedom and point of service plans. Currently, I am an Aetna and Affinity provider.
